Shipping Policy
At Halofy, we work to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS if provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after it has been sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Halofy is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging, photos, and tracking information for claim purposes.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unexpected events. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for shipping refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, order changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed after checkout.
